١. وش هو البرنامج ومن يقدّمه1. What it is and who provides it

مساعد إنجن برنامج تعليمي يشتغل على جهازك لتتعلّم تسوّي بوتات ديسكورد بلغة بايثون. يقدّمه: مشروع مستقل يديره شخص واحد (مو شركة مسجّلة)، وللتواصل: abdulilahalaniz@gmail.com.Musaed Engine is a learning program that runs on your computer to help you make Discord bots in Python. Provided by: an independent project run by one person (not a registered company). Contact: abdulilahalaniz@gmail.com.

٢. نسخة تجريبية2. Early-access version

هذي نسخة وصول مبكر لتجربة البرنامج. ممكن تلقى أخطاء، وممكن نغيّر المزايا أو نوقفها أو نحدّث البرنامج، وممكن تختلف هذي الشروط في إصدارات قادمة (بننبّهك بالتغيير قبل ما يسري).This is an early-access version for trying the program. It may have bugs, and we may change, remove or update features, and these terms may differ in later versions (we will tell you about changes before they apply).

٣. الترخيص3. Licence

نعطيك ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لتثبيت البرنامج واستخدامه على أجهزتك لأغراض التعلّم وصنع بوتاتك. لا يحق لك إعادة بيع المثبّت أو إعادة توزيعه أو تقديمه كأنه برنامجك. حقوق البرنامج محفوظة لنا. وحسب نظام حماية حقوق المؤلف تقدر تحتفظ بنسخة احتياطية وحدة من نسختك.We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the program on your devices for learning and making your own bots. You may not resell or redistribute the installer or present it as your own. We keep all rights in the program. As the Copyright Law allows, you may keep one backup copy of your copy.

البوتات والكود اللي تكتبه أنت ملكك، وما ندّعي أي حق عليه.The bots and code you write are yours; we claim no rights over them.

٤. مسؤوليتك4. Your responsibility

• بوتاتك وكودك: أنت المسؤول عن اللي تكتبه وتشغّله، وعن التزام بوتك بشروط ديسكورد وأنظمة المملكة.Your bots and code: you are responsible for what you write and run, and for your bot following Discord's terms and the laws of the Kingdom.
• التوكن: لا تشاركه مع أحد. أنت المسؤول عن حفظه، ولو تسرّب أعد إنشاءه من بوابة مطوّري ديسكورد.The token: never share it. You are responsible for keeping it safe, and if it leaks, reset it in the Discord developer portal.
• بايثون مو معزول: أي كود تشغّله، أنت أو تطبيق ذكاء اصطناعي ربطته، يشتغل بصلاحيات حسابك على جهازك. شغّل فقط كود تثق فيه.Python is not sandboxed: any code you run, or an AI app you connected runs, has your account's permissions on your computer. Only run code you trust.
• تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي: لو فعّلت MCP وربطت تطبيق، فاللي يسويه التطبيق مسؤوليتك أنت. اربط تطبيقات تثق فيها بس.AI apps: if you switch on MCP and connect an app, what that app does is your responsibility. Connect only apps you trust.
• الاستخدام المشروع: لا تستخدم البرنامج لأي شي مخالف للأنظمة، ولا لإيذاء الآخرين أو اختراق حساباتهم.Lawful use: do not use the program for anything unlawful, or to harm others or break into their accounts.

٥. بدون ضمان5. No warranty

البرنامج يُقدَّم «كما هو» بدون أي ضمان بأنه خالي من الأخطاء أو يناسب غرض معيّن. المحاكي تقريب لديسكورد وما يضمن إن البوت يشتغل زي ما هو على ديسكورد الحقيقي، فجرّب على الحقيقي قبل ما تعتمد عليه. بالقدر الذي يسمح فيه النظام، ما نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن استخدام البرنامج أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه، ولا يؤثر هذا على أي حق لا يجوز النظام التنازل عنه.The program is provided "as is", with no warranty that it has no errors or fits a particular purpose. The simulator approximates Discord and does not guarantee your bot behaves the same on the real Discord, so test on the real thing before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the program or being unable to use it, and this does not affect any right that the law does not allow to be waived.

٦. ما لنا علاقة رسمية بغيرنا6. No affiliation

مساعد إنجن مو تابع لديسكورد ولا لأي شركة ذكاء اصطناعي ولا مدعوم منها. أسماء المنتجات مثل Discord وClaude Code وCursor وPython تعود لأصحابها، ونذكرها بس لنوضح وش يشتغل مع وش.Musaed Engine is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord or any AI company. Product names such as Discord, Claude Code, Cursor and Python belong to their owners and are mentioned only to say what works with what.

٧. التحديثات7. Updates

البرنامج يبحث عن تحديثات وينزّلها بهدوء، وتقدر توقف البحث من الإعدادات. المثبّت للحين غير موقّع رقمياً.The program looks for updates and downloads them quietly, and you can turn the check off in Settings. The installer is not code-signed yet.

٩. النظام المطبّق9. Governing law

تخضع هذي الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي خلاف ينشأ عنها يُنظر فيه أمام الجهات المختصة في المملكة.These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them is heard by the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
